Information associated with this website

This is an informational website. It does not have customer accounts, a checkout or an enquiry form. A private owner editing area uses sign-in to protect access and stores website drafts and published content. The site itself does not set advertising cookies or run visitor analytics.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details and security logs, to deliver and protect their services.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss potential work and maintain relevant business correspondence. This is based on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us, or on taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Where required, we also process information to meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by providers that support our website, email and business administration, or disclosed where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable data protection safeguards are required.

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Contact us using the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

Email links and other services

Our contact links open your email application. Your email provider and any platform through which you access this website operate under their own privacy notices. This notice covers this corporate website and enquiries, rather than separate products or services.
